english below Hallo Fusion-Bars von 2022, wie immer melden wir von der Getränke-Logistik, vom sogenannten „haupttresen“ oder HPTTRSN auch dieses jahr wieder vorab bei euch. Wie immer bekommt ihr von uns Getränke, Becher und entweder einen Kühlcontainer oder anderweitige Vorkühlkapazitäten. Vorab ein paar Infos. Bitte lest sie Euch genau durch und teilt die Infos bitte mit Euren Barverantwortlichen dann wird’s für alle stressfreier. Zunächst unsere Fragen an Euch, damit sie nicht untergehen! Wir brauchen eine Rückmeldung von Euch mit folgenden Angaben:  Name/Handynummer während des Auf- und Abbaus:  Ab welchem Datum seit ihr zum Aufbau auf dem Platz?:  An welchem Tag und zu welcher Uhrzeit öffnet ihr die Bar?:  An welchem Tag und zu welcher Uhrzeit schließt ihr die Bar?:  Wie viele 0,2 PfandBecher benötigt ihr als Erstausstattung?:  Wie viele 0,3 PfandBecher benötigt ihr als Erstausstattung?:  Für Tresen ohne Kühlcontainer: Wie viele Kühlschränke benötigt ihr?: Eine große Bitte vorab: An einigen Stellen wurde und wird noch ordentlich gebaut: Bitte achtet darauf, dass wir ab 23.6. mit den großen LKWs gut an Eure Kühlcontainer und Eure Lager rankommen und verbaut nicht mit Installationen o.ä. die Zufahrten! Denkt bitte auch daran, dass die Zufahrten auch in der Höhe frei bleiben müssen und dort keine Leitungen o.ä. gezogen werden. Z.B. müssen wir bei Cloud Chukoo/Cabaret zukünftig von vorne ran, da der alte Anfahrtsweg aufgrund der neuen Turmbühne verbaut ist. Zur Kühlung: Viele Tresen haben mittlerweile einen Kühlcontainer. Wer keinen Kühlcontainer/Kühlhänger hat, bekommt von uns ein paar wenige Kühlschränke. Die sind immer knapp, also besorgt Euch möglichst auch selbst welche. Sollten am Ende Kühlschränke von den Tresen ohne Kühlcontainer übrig bleiben werden wir schauen, wer noch einen bekommen kann. Bitte schaltet die Kühlcontainer nicht selbst ein! Wir machen das bei der Übergabe mit Euch zusammen und schauen, dass sie auf die richtige Temperatur eingestellt sind. Crew-Getränke Wie schon 2019 werden wir auch in 2022 keine Crewgetränke an Euch verteilen können. Das übernimmt das Getränkekombinat des Kulturkosmos. getraenkekombinat(a)fusion-festival.de Lieferungen: Erstbelieferung: Wir beginnen mit der Erstbelieferung eine Woche vor Festivalbeginn. Das dauert ca. 4-5 Tage. Das heißt für Euch, ab Donnerstag, den 23.6. müsst ihr spätestens ab dann solltet ihr Euch um die Umzäunung Eurer Container/Lagerflächen z.B. mit Bauzaunelementen gekümmert haben. Die Container und die Lagerflächen müssen dann leer und die Anfahrten frei sein! Bei der ersten Belieferung liefern wir eine bunte Mischung, orientiert am Verbrauch der letzten Fusion. Wir machen nicht nur die Kühl- und Seecontainer randvoll sondern werden Euch, je nach Lagerkapazität, so viel wie möglich schon bei Euch neben die Container stellen müssen. Das ist keine böse Absicht, sondern anders nicht leistbar. Auch weil während des Festivals alles nicht nur langsamer geht, sondern dann auch zusätzlich von uns Leergut bewegt werden muss. Wie viele Paletten ihr als Erstbelieferung bekommt könnt ihr dieser Übersicht entnehmen. Die Getränke für Euren Tresenverkauf bekommt Ihr von uns auf Kommission, d.h. wir nehmen Vollgut (nur ganze Kisten) zurück. Die Preisliste mit Einkauf-und Verkaufspreisen findet ihr im Anhang. In diesem Jahr ist ja das Flaschenpfand für die Besucher abgeschafft. Das gilt aber nicht für den Einkauf der Getränke. Wie die Abfüller uns, so berechnen wir Euch das übliche Pfand auf Flaschen und Kästen zzgl. Mehrwertsteuer. Das bedeutet auch Ihr habt ein Interesse daran dafür zu sorgen, dass möglichst viele Flaschen ihren Weg zurück in unser Lager finden. Tägliche Inventuren: Wie immer, werden wir gemeinsam mit Euch durch regelmäßige Inventuren versuchen Euren Verbrauch im Blick zu haben, um Überbestellungen (ebenso wie Unterbestellungen) zu vermeiden. Um unnötige  An- und Ab-Transporte zu vermeiden, bitten wir Euch, so zu planen, das wir am Ende des Festivals nicht noch die letzten Angstbestellungen vom Sonntag voll wieder bei Euch abholen müssen. Deshalb bitte wie immer bei jeder Bestellung: Gebt die Anzahl des verbliebenen Vollguts mit an. (Sobald vorhanden gilt die regelmäßige Inventur logischerweise auch fürs Leergut) Bestellungen: Wir sind während des Festivals von 06:00 Uhr bis 24:00 Uhr erreichbar. Vor Ort sind wir mit einer extra Festnetznr erreichbar. Sobald wir sie haben, bekommt ihr sie auch. Es wäre gut, wenn ihr uns morgens mit möglichst viel Vorlauf Bescheid gebt, zu wann ihr neue Ware braucht (plus Inventurliste). Wir bemühen uns dann, die Bestellungen so schnell wie geht „abzuarbeiten“. Falls es aufgrund von Wetter, ausgefallenen Mobilfunknetzen oder Fahrzeugengpässen mal zu Verzögerungen kommen sollte ... sorry , aber wir machen was geht! Nochmal: Achtet bitte darauf, dass die Zugänge/Zufahrten zu den Containern/Lagerplätzen immer mit dem LKW anfahrbar sind und nicht durch Installationen verstellt werden. Wenn ihr eigene Schlösser an Euren Zufahrten verwendet, teilt uns am besten die Codes mit oder stellt sicher, dass zur vereinbarten Lieferzeit Leute mit Schlüssel von Euch vor Ort sind. Schlösser und Schlüssel für die Kühlcontainer kommen in der Regel von uns, so haben wir sicher Zugang. Lieferungen bei Dunkelheit werden aus Sicherheitsgründen auf ein Minimum reduziert. Becher Es gibt in diesem Jahr 0,2 und 0,3 Becher. Ihr könnt sie bei uns ausleihen. Von den Besuchern zurückgegebene Becher müssen von Euch selbst gespült werden. Der Becherpfand beträgt 0,50 EUR. Schlussinventur/ Abholung/ Abrechnung: Gezählt und abgerechnet wird von Montag (4.7.) mittags an bis Dienstag abend, habt dafür bitte ein paar wache Leute am Start, da auf einmal sehr konkret über Zahlen geredet wird. Das heißt auch, möglichst übersichtliche und gut zugängliche Leergutlageristik Eurerseits erleichert die Sache ungemein. Danach erfolgt die Abholung. Und jetzt etwas neues! Wenn ihr am Montag oder Dienstag zur Abrechnung in unser Büro kommt, bringt bitte kein Bargeld mehr mit! Bei den Banken hat sich einiges geändert und wir kriegen große Probleme die Bargeldmengen bei der Bank einzuzahlen. Es kostet, wir dürfen nicht mehr zur Bank kommen sondern die holen das Geld an einem sicheren Ort ab, wir müssen alles mögliche dokumentieren um nicht in den Verdacht der Geldwäsche zu geraten. Den Aufwand und Ärger möchten wir uns ersparen und wir bitten Euch die Rechnungen die wir Euch stellen sofort im Anschluss an das Festival auf unser Konto zu überweisen. Sortierung / Welche Kisten dürfen zusammen auf eine Palette? Für die Rückgabe müssen alle Kisten der Sorte entsprechend sortiert sein. Bier und Radler können zur Not zusammen auf eine Palette. Matekisten (20x0,5) bitte auf gesonderte Paletten. Limonadenflaschen (24x0,33) ebenfalls bitte auf gesonderte Paletten. Für die Endabholung besprechen wir die möglichen Konstellationen und Ausnahmen gerne vor Ort mit Euch. NEU ist ja, dass wir diesmal alle Mateflaschen (also alle weißen 0,5 l-Flaschen) und alle weißen 0,33 l-Limonadenflaschen (also auch Bionade u.ä., jedoch ohne weitere Prägungen wie „Becks o.ä./keine Schraubverschlüsse) zurücknehmen. Zum weiteren Umgang mit dem Pfand wird der KuKo sicherlich noch einmal gesondert informieren. Die Becher müssen abgewaschen und getrocknet sein. Nass ineinander gesteckte Becher schimmeln auf Dauer. Unsortierte Kisten und ungewaschene (oder nass ineinander gesteckte Becher) werden bei der Rückgabe nicht berechnet! Danach koordiniert Ihr mit unserem Büro einen Termin, wann Ihr zum Bezahlen vorbeikommt. (Montag 4.7. und Dienstag 5.7.) Wechselgeld: Eure Wechselgeld-Wünsche solltet ihr bis 10.06. bei Line via mail line(a)kulturkosmos.de anmelden. Deliveries: First delivery: We start with the first delivery one week before the beginning of the festival. This takes about 4-5 days. Daily inventories: As always, we will try to keep an eye on your consumption together with you through regular inventories in order to avoid overorders (as well as underorders). In order to avoid unnecessary arrival and departure transports, we ask you to plan in such a way that we do not have to pick up the last fear orders from Sunday at the end of the festival. Therefore, as always with every order: Indicate the number of remaining full goods. (As soon as available, the regular inventory logically also applies to empties). Orders: We are available during the festival from 06:00 to 24:00. On site we can be reached with an extra landline number. As soon as we have them, you get them too. It would be good if you let us know in the morning with as much advance notice as possible when you need new goods (plus inventory list). We then strive to "process" the orders as quickly as possible. If there are delays due to weather, failed mobile networks or vehicle problems... sorry, but we do what we can! Again: Please make sure that the entrances/accesses to the containers/storage locations are always accessible by truck and are not obstructed by installations. If you use your own locks at your driveways, it is best to tell us the codes or make sure that people with keys from you are on site at the agreed delivery time. Locks and keys for the refrigerated containers usually come from us, so we have secure access. Deliveries in the dark are reduced to a minimum for safety reasons. Cups There are 0.2 and 0.3 cups this year. You can borrow them from us. Cups returned by visitors must be rinsed by yourself. The cup deposit is 0.50 EUR. Final inventory/ collection/ billing: Counting and billing is done from Monday (4.7.) noon to Tuesday evening, please have a few watchful people at the start, because suddenly there is a very concrete talk about numbers. Sorting / Which boxes are allowed together on a pallet? For return, all boxes of the variety must be sorted accordingly. Beer and shandy can go together on a pallet if necessary.
