[Bar] Re: Barteam Karl Kutter Fusion 2022

Liebstes liebes Barteam Kutter Fusion 2022, es gibt eine echte Fusion! Das heißt, unsere Bar läuft durch - 24/7. Ihr seid je nach Uhrzeit zwischen 5 und 9 Leuten am Tresen, das ist manchmal sehr wuselig, aufregend und viel und manchmal ganz gemütlich mit Zeit zum Aufräumen und Plaudern. Jede*r von Euch macht 3 Schichten, die jeweils 6 Stunden gehen. Wir versuchen, dass jede*r von Euch in den drei Schichten solche hat, die eher zu Randzeiten und entspannt sind und welche, die eher actionslastig sind. Und, dass Ihr mit/bei Leuten arbeitet, die Ihr kennt. Bei nem durchlaufenden Betrieb kann aber niemand kann nur schöne Uhrzeiten haben, bitte habt dafür Verständnis. Der Rythmus der Schichten ist: 00-06, 06-12, 12-18, 18-00. Zwischen 00 und 04 Uhr springen nächtlich noch zusätzlich für 4 Stunden zwei Leute dazu, die Solischichten machen - friends, die ein Ticket haben, aber auch gern bissi Bar machen wollen aus Spaß. Wenn ihr auch noch so jemanden in der Reserve habt, gerne her damit! An- und Abreise Bitte schreibt uns, wenn ihr erst nach Mittwoch 14 Uhr anreist oder vor Montag 14 Uhr abreist - solange läuft der Floor, wenn ich nichts anderes von Euch höre, gehe ich davon aus, dass Ihr in dem Zeitraum für Schichten zur Verfügung steht. Wenn wir in den letzten Wochen privaten Kontakt über deine An/Abreisen hatten, musst du mir nicht nochmal schreiben, das habe ich dann schon notiert. TAUSCHEN Falls Ihr eine Schicht bekommt, in der Eure allerliebste Lieblingsband spielt, müsst Ihr Euch eigenständig eine*n Tauschpartner*in aus einer anderen Schicht suchen, die*der mit Euch tauschen möchte. Das machen wir nicht! Wenn ihr jemanden gefunden habt, kommt ihr bitte zu Hanno oder mir bzw. schreibt uns ne Mail (mit der anderen Person auch im CC), mit den Änderungen. Vor Mittwoch ist das per Mail cool, danach bitte persönlich aufm Platz zu uns kommen - aber wie gesagt erst dann, wenn ihr den Tausch schon besprochen habt und beide ok damit sind. SCHICHTPLAN In der nächsten Mail schicken wir Euch den Barplan. Ein paar Tage vorm Fest schicken wir Euch dann eine PDF mit jeder Menge Hinweisen für Eure Barschicht. Bitte lest die, damit wir nicht alles im laufenden Betrieb klären müssen. Ihr habt pro Schicht eine Barmütze, die am Mittwoch eine Einweisung bekommt und euch weitere Fragen dann aber auch zu Schichtbeginn erklärt. TO DECEIVE If you get a shift in which your very favorite band plays, you have to look for a swap partner from another shift who would like to swap with you. We do not do that! It's cool to send an email before Wednesday, after that please come to us personally - but as I said only when you've already discussed the exchange and both are ok with it. SHIFT SCHEDULE In the next mail, we will send you the bar plan. A few days before the party, we will send you a PDF with lots of tips for your bar shift. Please read them so that we don't have to clarify everything during ongoing operations.
